Demo terms and privacy

What this is

You have been invited to try a demonstration of Zeekvi, a platform for running a services organisation. The demo is a fictional company with fictional customers: every name, figure and conversation in it is made up.

Using the demo

• The demo is provided as it is, for evaluation only, without any warranty or service commitment. It may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn at any time.
• Do not enter real customer, personal or confidential information. The demo is shared with other visitors, and what you enter can be seen by them.
• The demo is reset to its starting state regularly. Everything you create in it is deleted at the next reset.
• Your access is personal to the Google account you were invited with, and may be removed at any time.
• If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Zeekvi, with no obligation to you.

What we collect, and why

• Your Google account's email address, name and profile photo, from Google sign-in, to give you access and to show who did what in the demo.
• What you enter in the demo: requests, projects, time, comments and so on. It is deleted at the next reset.
• An activity record of the actions you take (for example "created a request"), with your email address and the time. We use it to operate and secure the service and to understand how the demo is used.
• Problem reports you send from "Report a problem": your message, the page and record you were on and the last few screens and records you had opened before it, the version of the app, your browser's description, screen size, language and time zone, the errors the page had just met, your role, and your email address, so we can find the problem and follow up. Each report is copied to our private issue tracker on GitHub, where our team works on it.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the providers that run the service for us.

Where it is kept, and for how long

• The service runs on Google Cloud and Firebase, in the United States. Google processes this information on our behalf.
• Demo content: until the next reset. Activity records: about 30 days. Problem reports: until they are dealt with. Your access: until you or we end it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove your access and the information we hold about you. Use Report a problem in the account menu, or reply to your invitation.
